Meet The TeamAnchored Orthodontics

Wendy wears many hats at Anchored Orthodontics from running consultations, to coordinating insurance, and helping Dr. McMahon run the day-to-day operations of the business! Wendy, a licensed dental assistant, has worked in orthodontics since 1996. Dr. McMahon met Wendy at a group practice they both worked at, and was thrilled to add her to the Anchored Orthodontics team in spring 2024. Wendy is passionate about orthodontics, and is always happy to answer questions regarding treatment plans, insurance and scheduling. On her free time, Wendy loves hiking, traveling and visiting national parks. Wendy resides in the south metro and has two daughters in their early 20s.

Eva joined Anchored Orthodontics in the spring of 2025 after starting her career in pediatric dentistry. Eva is wonderful working with patients of all ages, but especially children! Her calming voice and demeanor are appreciated by all patients. Eva loves to travel, hike, and be outside. Fun fact: Eva did what everyone dreams of doing (but rarely actually does!) by spending several months exploring Hawaii with friends after completing her schooling to become a Licensed Dental Assistant! Eva, who resides in Delano with her AussieDoodle Smoky, enjoys reading, crocheting, and a quality cup of coffee!

Kathy joined the Anchored Orthodontics team in the fall of 2025. Kathy has been a licensed dental assistant working in orthodontics since 1999. Dr. Molly and Kathy have great chemistry in the clinic, having previously worked together at a group practice in the south metro. Kathy’s wealth of knowledge and experience in orthodontics has been a wonderful addition to the Anchored Ortho team! Kathy resides in Inver Grove Heights with her husband and two children. On her free time, Kathy enjoys caring for her horse and chickens, and attending her children’s sporting events (equestrian and hockey)!

Penny joined the Anchored Orthodontics team in the fall of 2024. Penny has been a dental assistant since 2004, previously working in general dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery. Penny is the office green thumb helping us keep our plants alive. She lives in St. Michael with her husband and 3 children. During her free time, Penny loves gardening, watching her kid’s sporting events, and taking care of her dog and 3 fish named Dolly, Daisey & Delilah.

Kathy is the smiling face that greets you upon entering our beautiful office! If you get to chatting with Kathy, you’ll likely discover you have much in common and several mutual friends. Kathy’s passion for a top-notch patient experience is second to none! Kathy grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and is a proud alumnus of Marquette University and St. Louis University. Kathy has three adult children, and three grand children she adores!

Hannah joined Anchored Orthodontics in February 2026, after spending the first 9 years of her career in commercial real estate finance, closing and servicing complex real estate loans. Hannah is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business & Marketing. Hannah lives in Shakopee with her husband, Andrew, and her dog, Louie. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys gardening, home renovations, and painting projects.

While you may see Kevin working at the front desk from time-to-time, he is primarily behind the scenes managing the financial and business operations of Anchored Orthodontics. Kevin spent the first 15 years of his career working in commercial real estate finance, structuring and managing complex real estate development transactions. Kevin, a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with degrees in finance and entrepreneurship, helped build Anchored Orthodontics from a twinkle in Dr. McMahon’s eye to the thriving practice it is today. Kevin, who lives just down the road from our Minnetonka office, loves baseball, has a soft spot for every dog he has ever met, and adores his son Rory!
