Anchored Orthodontics’ growth and development program is for our younger patients who are not quite ready for orthodontic treatment. Dr. Molly McMahon will monitor the child’s dental and skeletal development every 6 to 12 months to determine the optimal time to begin orthodontic treatment. We want to make sure that every child receives the best care possible at the right time. All of our growth and development checks are complimentary.
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that all children be seen by an orthodontist by the age of 7. Some orthodontic problems are more correctable when treated young and monitored closely.
